Depending on the information entered by the customer about their circumstances, the toolkit will offer a series of housing options. An options plan is created and can be saved or printed by the customer or a member of staff. The option plan can include alternative housing solutions and services, such as mutual exchange, private rented options, homelessness or money advice.

The Housing Options Wizard provides a set of clear and comprehensive automated housing options relevant to the circumstances of your new and existing clients. Its intelligent workflow will re-route and signpost your clients to appropriate services. In the back office, you can access a range of reports and monitoring information. They will help you to visualise and monitor the demand.
Integrate with Housing Register
A housing list is not the right option for every person who applies. With the Housing Options Wizard, you can present alternatives and advice truly suitable to your clients' needs. Our bespoke and editable form will match your workflow requirements. We can also integrate the Wizard to our Housing Register, allowing those entitled to housing support to complete their registration.

Move-on options for the homeless
The Housing Options Wizard can be integrated to Homefinder UK, the only national mobility scheme offering case management services to social housing applicants of member organisations.
