How long does it take you to implement a fully functional choice based lettings service for a new partner?
Depending on your needs we can have you up and running and delivering choice to your customers within 4-6 months.
How much do you charge for your services?
We have individually tailored packages customised to fit your needs some of our products and services are stand alone and others form part of the core CBL package.
Do you provide Project Management?
We have a proven track record of assisting organisations to design, develop and implement choice based lettings services. We work according to PRINCE 2 project management principles, building on our extensive business knowledge in the CBL field. We have PRINCE 2 trained staff, who have led and implemented choice based lettings services for a variety of local authorities and RSLs. Our project managers will work with all levels of your organisation to meet your needs and help fulfill your expectations.
PRINCE 2 provides benefits to the organisation and to project owners, through the controllable use of resources and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively. PRINCE 2 enables projects to have:
