I am currently looking at the implementation of a housing strategy for people with physical and sensory impairments in Norfolk. I would be interested to know more about the London AHR as I am looking at a similar scheme here in Breckland.

Hi Deena thanks for getting in touch and good luck with Access-a-hut approach. It seems like a no-brainer if you can demonstrate both accessibillity within the property and also maximise the use of land. Is there much support at Government level Stateside. The Property Inspection Checklist is on page 51 of the PDF by the way. There is the page in the document for the title and then the checklist and the actual form used follows.

Oh Hooray! I hope that you guys across the pond are smarter than we are in the US–where we can not build houses under 600 square feet… when accessible, affordable housing can be built in under 200 square feet.
