It seems like a no-brainer if you can demonstrate both accessibillity within the property and also maximise the use of land. Is there much support at Government level Stateside. The Property Inspection Checklist is on page 51 of the PDF by the way. There is the page in the document for the title and then the checklist and the actual form used follows.</description>
