No one was more pleased than the CBL Team at Home Connections who have been chosen as the preferred supplier to provide a multi-channel CBL ICT solution to Royal Borough of Kingston and the London Borough of Merton. These two authorities along with the London Borough of Lambeth were also recently successful in securing funding from the ODPM to develop as sub-regional approach to CBL in the South West London sub-region.

London Borough of Merton launched it’s CBL scheme in April 2006 and Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames launched theirs in May 2006
